This helps us turn out up to 10,000 items every day -- that's right. Every day. With 65 percent of our equipment sourced from textile machinery leaders in Japan and Taiwan, we also are able to meet their quality requirements. All of our sewing machines are made by Brother, and we also use belt-loop and four-needle waistband attaching machines from Juki. Our equipment helps us to get intricate designs done right, earning us the OEM orders for Liz Claiborne, Ralph Lauren, Louis Raphael and more.
Thorough QC
To meet your requirements, we start with color and texture examinations of our incoming fabrics at our in-house material inspection center. We then have 40 QC officers engage in multiple rounds of checks, including on finished products and packaging. And for your further assurance, we adhere to ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified guidelines. We also source our zippers from YKK and much of our material from proven German suppliers.
